Tertia Smit has been employed at BMI-T since 2004 and primarily works in the telecommunications and public sector arena. She is a senior analyst and amongst other things is responsible for the publishing of ICT end user as well as market sizing and forecast reports in the enterprise space.
Selvie Naicker
Selvie has been involved in the research industry for more than 10 years, firstly with Research International, undertaking various roles in understanding the market research industry and in 2002 she moved to Development Research Africa, a social research organisation where she took on the role of a Researcher.
Ryan Smit
Ryan has been the principal analyst on the Digital lifestyle Predictor programme for the past 3 years, and has recently developed the DLM segmentation tool for use in analysing digital lifestyle trends.
Clinton Jacobs
Clinton Jacobs is BMI-T’s IT Sector Business Manager since June 2008. He has a strong background in project management, following a previous career in this direction at Eskom. Since joining BMI-T he has successfully executed various bespoke market studies in areas such as Office automation (for a major global electronics company), unified communication, and IT security.
Carolyn Falconer
Ms Carolyn Falconer is a senior ICT analyst and a veteran of stakeholder satisfaction research, having specialised exclusively in this field for more than six years at Insight (before joining BMI-T), a pioneer in the field of Stakeholder Satisfaction research in South Africa, and which is now part of Synovate.
